'One Times One' is not just a new CD release we can offer you - it's a NEW FORMAT which can be seen as a fair priced - so far missing link - between single disc formats and the regular CD format.
The playing time will be at least 35 minutes minimum and will not exceed 45 minutes.

This first release of our so-called CUPDISC contains four brand-new tracks and two familiar ones in a new instrumental shape.
Enjoy these partly very ambient tracks while having a cup of tea or coffee with your friends!:-)

2007. Press Information An interesting release,IMO. I love the use of the vocal samples, & there is some excellent guitar playing from Edgar on the new music, but I could have done without the re-recordings of Man & Loved By The Sun, neither of which are tracks I rate much in their original forms, and not improved in anyway here.
A much better idea would have been the inclusion of the two unreleased tracks from the "Booster" compilation, which are more in keeping with the sound & style of One Times One.

The new "Cupdisc" format is odd, with a minimum of 35 minutes of music, but if each release in this series is to include re-recordings, I hope they are better suited to the new music than on this disc. In saying that, they are better value than the recent EPs.

2008. echosnare This is the best EP release so far by TD, no question about that.

There are 2 new instrumental versions of Man & Loved By The Sun, which IMO are very good, at least Loved By The Sun does a great job as an instrumental piece of art. The rest are also very good, the best being Modesty And Greed, which also contains some of the best guitar playing from Edgar in a long time! Excellent work, perfect!.

I would highly recommend this EP, but I think this is a EP collectors item & those who collect TD CD's in general should definitely grab this one as well as TD's other EP's, but this one is the best EP release so far! Don't hesitate!
Grab it while it's hot, it won't last long!

2007. Kristian Persson / Sweden Buy it for track one! Brilliant stuff and amongst the best from Edgar in years. I found the rest a bit dull in comparision, not exactly bad, but they just didn't hold my attention. Buy it and make your own mind up.
