The album title SCAPES already hints at what to expect from the album. Open, electronic soundscapes, vast plains and meditative bass grooves.
Supported by his guests Thorsten Rentsch (guitar, bass, percussion, sound effects) and Stefan Höllering (electro - saxophone), Thorsten Sudler-Mainz (keyboards, programming) has produced with SCAPES an atmospheric Ambient album which gives unlimited freedom to the intellectual spectrum of its listeners.

2009. Carsten Agthe / Eclipsed Musikmagazin From the division for music nearly without bass and beats I got this nice CD, after a long unhurried intro, full of deep atmospheric sounds, whispers and scattered but handy arranged tunes, nice melodies will pic you up and invite for dreaming.
In the second track you will find some slightly beats also, but of course they are also floating on deep flying carpets of sound.
This CD is the ultimate release to Relax.

2005. Liese / Mushroom Magazine "Scapes" is a work within the frame of Space Ambient, full of poetry and beauty, which leads the listener to a world of wondrous soundscapes by means of the masterful use of synthesizers. The successive sonic textures, at the keyboards, take us step by step into an unexplored terrain, that the composer considers to be apt to listen to our imagination.

Edgar Kogler Deep Imagination, Timescape has a rich electronic sound. It's very uplifting, and I can escape from the real world for a while. Would be great on a long trip.
Highly recommended. Sounds a little like Tangerine Dream.
