Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Moebius have been making experimental electronic music since meeting at 
Berlin's famed Zodiak Arts Lab in the late 1960s. Cluster II was their second major label release, 
released in Germany on the Brain label in 1972. The sessions were overseen by producer (and Cluster collaborator) 
Conny Plank. Less "industrial" than Cluster's debut, Cluster II is still a classic, hailed by aficionado 
Julian Cope as an important album in his book Krautrocksampler.
