It is at once exciting, highly dynamic, and extremely versatile. 7 Channels consists of the artists Aksael, Cayamko, dbKleloo, emmzett, Jimm Tronic, Rainer Lauer, and Tillmann. Their collaboration is the result of a shared journey through various meetings and gatherings aimed at expanding their own musical styles and honing their skills. The well-known musician and EM producer Stefan Erbe provided this project with the necessary support and laid the groundwork that allowed their ideas to evolve into a full-fledged album. Signals of the Monolith shifts between different genres of electronic music, demonstrating just how varied the path to semi-professional release of one’s own works can be. The connection thrives on the contrast between native patterns and sparkling ideas born of sound and successful composition. Each act created their track, scrutinized it, and took it to the next level. The process of composition, the search for the right sound, and the finalization of the narrative arc was not only a learning process but also the realization that one possesses many possibilities within oneself that one would never have believed existed. The album begins on a cheerful note but grows increasingly darker as it progresses.
