The album “The City of 9 Doors” was composed on a Roland MC500 that I had bought in 1986. During these years I took over and modified certain passages with the following instruments: Yamaha MODX, E-mu e5000, Korg Radias, Roland Fantom G7.
To write this album, I had studied Arnold Schoenberg’s treatise on harmony a lot. I had worked on very complex harmonies. A big thank you to Bertrand Loreau for these sound advice on mixing.
