Gentle melodic washes of synths, strings and guitars, all underpin Steve’s usual clever mix of acoustic instrumentation and synths making for a wonderful voyage through the cosmos.Steve has developed a strong melodic, instrumental style that sits neatly in the new age genre yet, with a strong underpinning of synths and atmospherics, the music should also find favour with the more discerning em genre and dare I say it, those in the prog rock fraternity who appreciate good, laid back instrumental music storytelling.‘Two Decades from Home’ is similar in feel to ‘Astral Travellers’ with 13 exceptionally strong tracks that once again form a compelling, cohesive whole.
